Ex: The regulations come into force as of today.


My opinions of the article:
  Well, I don't think tourism is harmful because tourism still can bring money to local people. Today, it's easier for people to travel everywhere and some times it will bring some problems. Just like the article's said, some people like walking around bare-chested, wading in the fountains or even drop litter everywhere. I think those are really bad behavior. Those behavior even will ruin some famous sightseeing spots. Therefore, I think it's fair to give out severe fines to those who don't follow the regulations. I hope tourists can have empathy and respect the local people and place so that we can keep more beautiful places.
